Hello, my name is Alfons and as you can imagine I'm the forth intelligent of the group, and as all the members of this group, I'm studying to be an English teacher. I consider myself a nice person that always wants to have a great time and enjoy life, and this fact has made me be like I am. My family has transmitted me the values to be responsible and this has permitted me to achieve my goals. Also my friends and the people that surround me play an important role in my development as a person and I consider them important too. I live in La Pobla de Vallbona in the Camp de Turia. This fact is important because I feel identified with the traditions, culture and typical aspects for this town and the "Comarca" that it belongs.
My experiences with languages have been different. The first language that I met was Valencian because it is also my parent's one. Then I learnt Spanish at school and finally I had the first contact with English. Since I was very young, I have been good at English and had facilities to learn it. It has been one of my favourite subjects and that is why I always have had great marks in this subject, despite that it was also boring and repetitive because in class we always work with grammar and vocabulary. I would have liked to work or do other activities for example to improve my speech level. However, three years ago I had the opportunity to go to London alone, in order to improve my English level and the experience was awesome and I also noticed that at that time I made a great progress on my speech level.
To sum up, my plans now are finishing the degree and keep studying English, to make that I want to go abroad for a long time (at least 6 months) to improve my English level and also to experience the fact to live alone in another country. As I hey obtained the C1 level degree in Valencia I also want to obtain it in English, and I know that the key to achieve that is to keep working hard day by day like a good teacher should do.
